Wyndham Resorts beware financing thru PayPal Destin ,Fla. Nationwide

         Became aware today.... Feb. 2016... of a potential brickwall in timeshare financing ...If you have partially , or fully financed any points or timeshare monies thru PayPal,  be it Wyndham or any other timeshare company .....and at some later date , decide to terminate your timeshare.. You may still be on the hook to pay back money owed on the PayPal account even though you have exited the timeshare ownership. Therefore, obviously, NEVER use PayPal or any other  similar company to finance any monies buying timeshare anything. Only makes sense too ...that if the timeshare goes bankrupt ....you will still owe PayPal, regardless.

        General Rule regarding timeshares..DON"T buy one !!!  .They're a ripoff of the highest degree ,add up all the money it'll eventually cost you and you can stay in a lot of nice hotels for less money  lifetime and NO monthly ,escalating maintenance costs.  Last item.......if you are in a timeshare , and the timeshare suffers significant damage from a diaster ....if the repair bill is $10,000,000   and the insurance only covers  $6 million ...owners are on the hook for the rest of the cost. 1 group of timeshare owners got accessed over $6000 each, in repairs due to a diaster, on top of all other yearly costs. Remember timeshare salespeople are trained liars and they are very good at "Lies of Omission" ...if the customer doesn't ask ...dont' tell !
