Wyndham Vacation Resorts Wyndham time shares Buyer BEWARE - 5 Day Cancellation policy not the 30 day verbally explained las vegas Nevada

These people are scam artists, while on vacation my husband and I went to Wyndam vacation resorts after a 3 hours pressure sales - they gave us the option of a 2 year trail period with a 30 day review/cancellation without penalty option.  Shame on us we did not read it thourghaly and that is when they got us.  When we got home and did the math we figured out we can vacation anywhere for what they were charging on a yearly/monthy bases so we called to cancel were told they needed it in writing, sent the written cancellation.  When they received the written cancellation then all of a sudden they said we had a 5 day cancellation and they rejected the cancellation.  After loosing a $500.00 deposit and two month of $129.82 fees on our credit card for a total of $759.64 we are still not sure if they have removed the auto payment from our credit card and cancelled the service.  DO NOT SIGN anything with these people.
