We purchased an X-Treme X 360 Scooter from Alpha Products AKA X-treme Scooter in Iowa. We are from West Bloomfield, MI and we purchased this scooter for our 9 year old daughter for her birthday. This was back in June 2005. She road it twice before the battery died and it was been a battle ever since.
I have received 5 defective chargers and one of them were so badly scratched and dirty I had to just make a complaint about them sending me a used charger... I mean after you spend 200.00 you would want some service and respect not a damaged/used charger.
I also was shipped new starter switch and a controller ( a bunch of wires that makes it all run) that I had to install myself and a tech (Bruce) told me I had to go to a store and buy a battery tester to make sure the battery was good. None of this has fixed my daughters scooter yet.
I don't have a lot of room to give you all my details about my situation with this company but this is the real digger here... when I would try to contact the "technical support number" there was NEVER an answer. I would call and call and call but I could never speak with a person so I always had to email for support and that was when I started relizing I was in for it!
And the time where the tech "BRUCE" called my house because I found an email address from Alpha's website and I made a huge complaint about my serive and she made Bruce call my home he treated me like I was a piece of dirt and how dare I bother him with my problems.
From June of 05 till now March of 06 I have never been so poorly treated buy a company and have received absolutely no customer service to where I have been online searching for an answer to get this company permenitly shut down!
I was wondering if this company has treated other people the same way and from the looks of it they have! This company should be stopped and put out of business. Words can't even describe my feelings towards this company and how they have treated me.

Xtreme scooters is not a name brand, just a dealer, correct? Which brand and type did you buy? If you bought one of the no-name Chinese scooters then you probrably should just throw it away because you'll never be able to repair it anyways. There is a reason they won't put their name on them.

As you noticed on the ripoffreport.com you will see many, many complaints. as you will see mine from Otis Oregon. and as you noticed, there was no rebutal on any of there complaints. they are just waiting for there problems to go away. what surprised me I went to the Wisconsin better buisnes bureal online. and there was no complaints.
extreme scooters threatened me that they would turn me in for harastment if I was to contact them again. so another way to get you off there back. if you want to do away with this problem turn them into the better buisnes bureal. there main office is extreme scooters 201 black forest drive Plover Wisconsin 54467. phone # is 715-345-0453.
once they have so many complaints, they will be shut down. and if you can help me, if you will go on ripoffreport.com and help me contact some people, since there is alot. and tell them to report them to the B.B.B I would appreiciate it. I wrote a article there but dont know if all will see it.
