Your employees refused to honor my 15 day return policy and then provided horrible customer service. After 30 days of etickets the arrogant technician said “do you know if the bolt is tighten.  The ebike simply has a broken handle bar and will not tighten. For the next ninety days the Manager Shannon lied to me about upgrading and exchanging the bike. UBI603233866 Allco Manufacturing, has No Trade name registered X-Treme Scooters within Washington state. China warranty is usually two years for parts and your company is only 90 days?

You call yourself a “Manufacturer” of ebikes. But I notice you have imported from China

From CEMOTO LTD quite a lot. All of these actions add up for my conclusion you are operating a high volume business, without a trade name registered in the State, importing from China, and allowing employees to provide horrible customer service without supervision.
