Xm Labs taken by robert/the THIEF Hollywood Florida

On June 1, 2009 I finally made contact with xm labs. I have been calling them since May 22,2009, the day after i placed an order for $4.95. On June the 1st after being on hold for 30 minutes with music Robert answered. I explained to him that I have been calling since May the 22nd and I have recieved no product. I explained to him that i wanted to cancell, he put me hold for 19 minutes, when he came back he said it was to late to cancel. He also told me that autoship had not started but he was going to ship out the product anyway, and he was going to be charged $139.99 to my account. I explained to him that I was disabled and on a fixed income and i did not have that kind of money, robert said "there is nothing i can do you should have not ordered the prodct.

His agreement form states that you must cancel 10 days after receiveing the product. I never got the product, I never got a chance to try it. This man is a thief and he must be stopped he is hurting people everyday and getting away with it. Iam willing to go public and to help exspoe them company and this person named Robert.
