i ordered the heart spoon favors for my wedding. my fiance and I loved them because we are both in the culinary field. I ordered 52 sets of them. when they arrived 29 out of the 52 were either rusted or bent, basically unuseable. there is no real way to talk to some one there except through an on line chat which they abbruply end on you. They sent a new batch of 29 and guess what...... half of them had the same problem....... and once again you have to go through the inpersonal web chat.......... so now they are sending another 15 of them out to me.... lets see if half of them are bad... they dont even give refunds cause at this point i am to frustrated to deal with them and my wedding is only 20 days away............
