YBUY Bad Service And They Are A Rippoff Company St. Louis Missouri

I am very very disappointed with YBUY.  I wish that they had a yelp account, but they don't or at least I could not find one.  I was told by one customer service agent in October that the end of October it would be my last payment.  Then I called in November  and same the thing as in October.  Then I called in December and then they did the same thing as in November and October.  Then I called in Jan. and they said that I have one last payment of $11.00.  Then they charged my bank account in feb. of 52.82.  I told them to take my banking information out of their system and they said they would.  I have all the names of the people that I have spoken with and dates.  I notifed my bank today to not let them to know not to put any other charges through to my account.  I am waiting for the paper work that my bank is sending to me.  Their customer service is very very bad.  When I am on the phone with them I am normally on the phone with with them for at least a hour or more. I would not trust this company.  For about 5 months now they keep saying one more month of payment is due.  They told me if we didn't pay in full in three months that they would charge me double for the phone.  I have paid $1350 and some change for 1 phone.  I will never recommend YBUY to anyone.  Beware of this company.
