Yellowpages Billing abuse, dishonest fraudulent sales pitching ripoff New York New York

I did sign a contract with Yellow page. At night, when I realized Levi Pavlovsky, the sales guy, left with the contract without giving me any copy of it I reconsidere my opinion on this. Then I realized at what point they abuse of dishonest fraudulent sales pitching.

I cancel by email and by post mail the next day. In fact this guy told me at list 10 points to sell me the add on yellowpage, 10 points that yellowpage never respect. For the main part they explain you you are going to be charged on your debit card but not before on month and a half.

In fact next day they charge me $800 dollars for 2 days then put the money back, and 2 weeks later they charge me $460 ( they didnt give it back to me until today). Whatever I cancelled the next day of the signed aggreement. They ignores your phone call, or they tell you something on the phone but dont do it in real. And they make you impossible to take away you online add even if you try to logg on to your account. The manager tell you on the phone they accepted the cancelation but in fact they dont give back the money. That's all for now what I can say.

I will update this in case of any new more profesionnal behaviour of yellowpages.
