Zaggora Would not refund my return

I filed for a return with the company and they approved it and I mailed back 10/05 and they stated they never received my item and I gave her proof with the tracking number that it was received so she said she would refund me that day. Then 2 weeks went by and no refund so I cantacted them. And now they are saying the return was damaged. I never wore item and still had tags and sent back in original package so I know I did not damage it. I have asked for proof of what was damaged and I have not gotten a response. I find it funny how they say it was “damagedâ€Â just so they don't have to refund me!!!
