Zaggora Return was damaged? Kentucky

I bought a pair of capris and a structured hot tee. Pants fit great the shirt is too small and just too heavy. I contacted Zaggora to get a return number to send back the shirt. Oh they were so nice and sent an email based off of my voice message as they never answer the phone. I packed up the shirt, never worn, with tags on it, back in the same package they sent to me. I tracked the package, they received it this past Saturday and I get an email today on Tuesday that the item was damaged so I will not be getting a refund. I am furious. I called, left a voice message and I replied to their email that there is no way that shirt was damaged. If the package got damaged the post office will have record of that. I am contacting them tomorrow and I am contacting my lawyer as I see from other reports on this site, this seems to be a common practice with this company. They don’t want to give people their money back. Just a terrible company and they should be investigated!!
