 I purchased the hot pants in Capri length on December 08 2016. The website stated that current shipping time was 2-5 days. By December 20th I still had heard nothing. I tried to research and find a phone number or email to request a status update. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. Which also means there is no way to physically speak to someone. I emailed several time in an attempt to get a status update. I eventually said forget it and requested a refund. They finally answered and said they were back ordered. Fine , but I still want a refund. It is now almost February and no refund. They said 5-7 business days for refund to process. It has now been over 20 days.

 It's sad that I had to file a rip off report to get a response. My refund magically came yesterday through pay pal. My original payment was 49.49. My refund was 49.00. So. I guess the 49 cents was an admin fee?

We are terribly sorry for the experience you have had. Any products which are purchased on back order have that information specified clearly on the product page at the time of purchase, we are sorry if that was not clear enough for you and led to an unsatisfactory experience. 

We are clearly unable to see your order number on this post to be able to assist with your specific case, however our terms state that refunds are processed within 30 days of refund date and we kindly ask all customers to read and agree to our terms at the time of purchase.
