#3 Consumer Suggestion

DELETE your account number!

AUTHOR: Liilin - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, December 27, 2009

Anton,

You need to  DELETE your Citi Account Number from the site. This is a public site - someone can steal your information and charge products to that account number.

Contact the Better Business Bureau to resolve, if you haven't already. Don't want to see you ripped off again!

#2 Consumer Comment

hope that accout is closed

because just about any one could go run up your account with that number, because store associates dont check ids often, all they want is comission.

You should also check you statments because it says exactly when you have to pay it off and if you dont what you will be charged.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Late payment anytime can make the 0% void

AUTHOR: Ms. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 30, 2005

I used to work for Zales for over a year. If you choose to take advantage of the one year no interest offer, you are required to pay at least the minimum due by the due date each month; if you don't, the whole agreement can void out and you'll be hit with interest from the date of purchase.

PS Don't push your card info online :)
