Charged me 9.95 for a year's shipping. Refused to refund it.

 

A BEWARE for anyone doing business with Zazzle: don't take their "free shipping" offer. It will end up costing 9.95

When your free trial was about to end you should have gone into your account to turn off the auto renew. They give that information along with all other FAQs on the zazzle black page at https://www.zazzle.com/zazzleblack. They also state that there are no refunds given 

Taken directly from their website on the above mentioned URL

"FREE 30-day Trial

To sign up, register at checkout when you make your next purchase. This way you can take full advantage of your free month, and your membership will start right away. All you need is your credit card; but you will not be charged for your free trial. When your free trial ends, we'll enroll you in your first year of Zazzle Black Standard membership for $9.95 annually. You can opt out at any time during the free trial by visiting the Zazzle Black program management page in your account."

And

"How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your Zazzle Black program membership, visit theZazzle Black program management page in My Account and click the "do not renew" button. Your membership will no longer auto-renew, but you will continue to enjoy benefits through the term of your membership. We do not offer refunds for cancelling the Zazzle Black program prior to the end of the current term." 

 And

"How does the automatic renewal work?

Once you've enrolled in Zazzle Black, your account is setup to automatically renew at the end of each year by charging the credit card you provided. To see your renewal date, change your credit card on file, or disable automatic renewal visit the Zazzle Black program management in your account."
