I ordered a mousepad from zazzle.
They charged my credit card and the it was supposedly shipped
O never got the item and they havry item.
I have copies of emails sent, but have never gotten a response.
I want a full refund!!!

I just have a comment which may help. If you did not recieve shipment of product call your bank and tell them that the product was not delivered, then hopefully they investigate and give you a credit for the amount you paid on the product.  Also, Zazzle does have a phone number you can call listed somewhere.  I believe you may also sue for 3 times the amount of they do not respond (but know this can take your valuable time out of your days filling out claims forms, paying for court fees or filling out fee waivers, driving to and fro court, and waiting in line for your case to be heard.)  Did you check the tracking on the product? There may be a USPS special tracking number or whatever company sent it. Check what company sent you the product because often time the product is insured by the company and if they don't deliver it, they may also be liable.  Persist as well if you did not recieve the product.
