A set of 3D glasses was ordered and promptly arrived. However, they are not what we needed, and we have been trying for 5 days to raise anyone, in any way, to get a return number (RMA) and ship this thing back. We do not want to be in the position to have to pay extra because they are not responsive, and in fact will consider going to the government to turn these people in... this is poor commerce and lack of customer service tells me to say NEVER use this company!

This post troubles me because #1 we do not sell 3D glasses and have not sold them. Also our website clearly states return policy and how to obtain an RA number. The person who wrote this post is most likely not even a customer but a competitor posting negative reviews. IF this was a customer our Return policy states how to obtain an RA number which is completely automated by a computer system and RA number is given within 12 hours. If you did not get one check your spam box its there, we would NEVER want you to keep a product you do not want. If you still did not get it email us sales@zetronix.com and I will make sure you get one! Its that simple, so who ever you are Mr./Mrs. Anonymous if you are a customer please check out website return policy is not hard and you will get an RA number immediately.
If you are a competitor which you most likely are just know these dirty tricks will not work we have been in business for over 7 years with over one million satisfied customer served we will continue selling most highest quality most reliable products for a factory direct price and pride our self with excellent customer service.
