On Dec 4, I ordered gift for Christmas. Item cost $7.95. Zulily website instructions stated I should "return item". When I started process, as per zulily.com online instructions, I was sent a return shipping label to my email. Zulily is making me pay $8.95 for returning incorrect item . That means I owe Zulily.com $1.00 for ZULILY.COM MISTAKE. Called Zulily.com to inquire if fee could be waived. RESPONSE: NO. I was told it was MY FAULT for not calling directly, instead of filing online return. RIP OFF . Zulily.com charges you for their mistake.
