Magic Jack Lousy Piece of Junk! Had it for a year and NOW treated like I stole it! Internet

My mother purchased this mess in 2010. Even back then if youre online and a call comes in your computer freezes until you choose to answer or ignore the call. Also the ring tone will be a VERY LOOOOOOONG ring with no stops until it is answered. Here it is 3 years later and you would think the junk gadget would be traced by their headquarters to prove it's not stolen but NO! Now it is fixed where one must put in a email address and password to access magic jack. After being sent the pass word in the email it still wouldnt open because Magic Jack can only be used on ONE computer only. Even though its the SAME household with the SAME phone number, if you have it at your PC then put in your laptop it cant be used. Now the plug is broken once I pulled it out of the laptop! This piece of crap will never replace REAL phones with landlines! It is a piece of JUNK!
