Credit One is charging me $8.99 monthly Las Vegas NV

I called credit one today 08/05/2025 to request that my $8.99 monthly fee be waived as credit one told me to do.

I called today spoke to a rep and requested that the $8.99 monthly fee be waived. The rep told me that the fee can not be waived.

I requested a supervisor and the supervisor told me that he can not waive the monthly fee.

I then told the credit one supervisor to change the monthly fee to annual fee. The supervisor told me that he cant do that.

I have been with credit one for some years now.

I always pay my balance off,

I always pay my balance monthly and never gave credit one any issues with paying what I spent back to them. And for credit one to turn around and abuse me as a customer and force charge me $8.99 a month is unlawful.

I am already faithfully paying credit one $30 monthly of what I have spent. 

I don't have extra money to have them take like that. Credit one has become greedy and does not care about the customer doing good and paying off their balance of which doesn't mean nothing, Credit One greedy customer abuse tactics wants you to pay more money monthly.
