Experian I tried to cancel the $24.99 membership during the 1 week $1.00 trial period 3 times. That didn't happen and they still charged me the $24.99. I called them the day it hit my account and they told me the $24.99 is nonrefundable. I would suggest any other way to check your credit. Allen Texas

They said it's canceled moving forward, but we will see. Their customer service was rude and not bending. Save yourself the trouble and use any other service to check your credit.
