Spectrum Automatically withdrawing money from my account without authorization. Stamford Connecticut

For approx. 2 years I lived in an apartment and had internet with Spectrum. In the first part of July I informed them that I was moving out of the apartment at the end of the month and was cancelling service. I returned all the equipment I had in my posseion to a local store. They have been automaticall deducting over $100.xx a month from my account each month. Ihave never given Spectrum authorization to remove money from my account. I do not use autopay for any service. I had called Spectrum to resolve the problem on Sept 16 and again on Nov. 11 2024. They have persisted in deducting funds from my account. I have had no access to internet since the first of August.Their high speed data was less than 1 gig. My phone with another provider was faster.
