761 Services Suing, for lost money Buffalo, New York Nationwide

Received call today, from a mediator for 761 Services claiming that I will be served court documents and will be sued for entering in services with them for magazines back in 2011 and not following thru with the contract to pay off.

Was told attoney is filing in court in Buffalo, New York a state I do not live in but if I wanted to fly out there I could, but would be a lost cost to me because the attonery has a 100% ratio of winning all his cases for this company.

Mediator called to see if I was willing to do a pay off to avoid legal and court cost, if not paid I could get a levy on my name. Stated they have a recording of me agreing to enter into the contract which I paid into for a total 160.00 last payment being June of 2011.

I stated that I did receive magazines but cancelled after a couple of months. Mediator stated that that was not true because the agreement did not allow that to be done because merchandise was pre-paid and there was a mail search done to my address showing that magazines did get delived.

I stated if I recieved any I gave back to post office with return to sender writen on top of magazine.
