ALLSTATE INSURANCE DOUBLES MY PREMIUM WITHOUT ME KNOWING FOR A $300 CLAIM POORLY HANDLED CLEVELAND Ohio

I had an ice d**m water backed up at ceiling n top of wall paint bubbled n so on ,,, they came out had a mold company cut 4 large 2ft by 2ft holes in my wall to inspect ,,then left it open . a week and 1/2 goes by i call and ask what going on,, they say they will find out ,,, i have to call them again at end of 2nd week,,they tell me the adjuster that came out was on vacation 2 weeks ,,, after the 3rd week i have to call them again he never shows says they are sending me a $340 check and estimate of repairs are 1700... i am left to find my own repair man to put back my drywall or do it my self,, which i end up doing as i cant afford to take any more chances or loss,,, i was going to drop this company just for leaving my musty wall open in my home for 3 weeks ,,, then i dont shop around till i find out 7 months go by my mortgate company says my escrow account is running out i ask why and they say WOW YOUR INSURANCE WAS 680$ WENT UP TO $ 1470 PER YR THAT MORE THAM DOUBLE ,,!!!! WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD AGREE TO THAT??? NOT I. ALLSTATE TELLS ME TO CALL MY AGENT ,, HE WAS WORTHLESS IN FACT TOLD ME "I DONT BLAME YOU FOR LOOKING ELSEWHERE , I WOULD BE MAD TOO THAT IS A HIGH PRICE ,I WISH I COULD CHANGE THE PRICE BUT I DONT MAKE THEM ,THERE WAS AN ACROSS THE BOARD RATE HIKE AND THE CLAIM YOU HAD "" I CANT BELIEVE THE THE SALES GUY THAT WORKS FOR ALLSTATE WOULD JUST SAY WOW I DONT BALME YOU??? IDIOT ,, I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING ALLSTATE FAIL AND GO DOWN IT WILL HAPPEN WHEN ENOUGH PEOPLE QUIT THEM,,,I ADVISE ANYONE RUN NOW TO ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU USE THEM ONE TIME IT WILL COST YOU SOO MUCH ,,AND THEIR RATES ARE HIGHER THAN OTHER COMPANIES TO START JUST LOOK ON LINE AT ALL THE COMPLAINTS.SAD COMPANY i have so much more to say ,,the guy that comes out to look is not experienced he was asking me for ideas to fix it just all around bad company,
