These Senior Advisors that you talk....make this program sound so easy to do....You find the properties (30% below market value) and we have thousands of INVESTORS to buy them...and once they do...You get a Big Commission (3-5%) Well, I have submitted several properties that fit there guide lines and not one INVESTOR pick it up!! You don't need to spend 495.00 on this program...they sell you a PIPE DREAM WITH NO RESULTS !!! There SUPPORT TEAM doesn't help either....she only SUGER COATS everything you ask.....You are on your own with this program. A program that can bring alot of STRESS into your life !!!!

Why does everyone have to come to this sight anonymous? Is your complaint warranted? Why would you hide your name if everything you say is true (or is it)? I think it's ridiculous. I had a bad haircut last month (I guess my hairdresser was having a bad day) and it cost me $70. I asked for my money back and guess what? She wouldn't give it to me. I paid for classes at a local college, decided it wasn't for me, so I no longer continued taking those classes. I asked for my tuition back and guess what? They wouln't give it to me. I invested $495 in a real estate program because I am fascinated with the real estate industry and I don't have the money to take all the courses needed for a realtors licensce. Worst case scenario (with this program), I learn how to locate property properly, get it under contract and hand it over to an investor(no matter who that Investor is with) for a small commission. Again, thats the worst thing that can happen, is that I LEARN.
