Mark says: "I have submitted several properties that made there requirements (GLA List) for the INVESTORS to pick it up so I can get a Commission and not ONE investor contacted me !! Wow, they supposely have over 10,000 Investors and not one contacted me....how can that be !!!"
Those requirements are not Ameracos, they are the Investors requirements. The entire GLA and Comparable Checklists were created by the original guild and are implied to all investors. It is up to the Investor to decide for himself if he would like to invest HIS hard earned money in YOUR deal, it's that simple. Most successful locaters who submit deals, that have gotten little or no response, just submit a BETTER deal right behind their previous one. Their deals get better and better. Your deal is NOT shopped nationwide to 10,000 Investors. I believe you were told that Ameraco has 10,000 Investors nationwide and it was YOUR assumption that it goes out to all of them. Your deal goes out to all Investors in the network who are in the state of Florida, all Investors in the network who have stated they would like property info in Florida and all Investors in our internal guild. I'm sure you were told this, it's just easier to blame Ameraco for you not doing so well with the program. That's okay, Ameraco deals with quite a few lazy and unmotivated locaters. Ameraco will once again take blame for another locaters failures.
