American Online, AOL, AOL IM, AOL Music Now ripoff, signed up for one program of AOL, then charged for another Internet

I signed up for America Online Music now for a free 30 day trial period. After using the service I was not satisified. It was a very hard program to use and very confusing. I cancelled the membership one day before the trial was up. A week later, my credit card was charged for the service I thought I cancelled and my credit card was then over the limit. When I called AOL they told me that I had only cancelled my AOL membership, not my music now account. They will not refund the money owed to me, and I was on hold to hear their answer for 3 hours. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS
