Ameri credit, customer service does not exist, is this company regulated, and if so when last has the state, auditors check finance records of such, company, In april I placed my payment in the mail, a month later americredit billing showed that they had not received payment. I had been with the company for nearly a year and had always paid by money order.

I began an investigation into where such payment had gone by following the instructions on the back of the money order, that is to contact Western Union, fraud Dept. I also filed a report with my local law enforcement office, I also file missing mail with the Postel service. 30 days, later they said my money had been cashed by someone at a Phoenix, AZ Bank of America.

Right away that told me that Ameri credit had indeed received the $470 payment. However, payment was never logged in nor posted, instead the person or persons or still doing this same thing to some other unsuspecting customer/victim, by the hands of an Ameri Credit representative. This investigation is not completed but once all the chips fit, hopefully someone will be arrested for mail piracy, and check fraud.
