BBVA compass bbva compass charge me 2.00 fee for my bank of american view balance but the atm machine did not warn me if you want to pay 2.00 fee no warning that is not fair without my permission to charge me. Phoenix, Arizona

I went to Bank of BBVA compass to use my bank of american debt card to check only view of balance and i got bank statement that they charge me 2.00 without my permission and the atm should notify me if you accept to pay 2.00 fee or not then i will not use that service i felt they are rip off some billing machine at gas station and atm machine always ask me if i am willing agreement to pay fee or not but not this bank not fair they are smell money hungry

I used to bank with Bank of A**holes and they would charge me for crap right and left. You know banks charge to use a foreign banks atm. Its a reality in this world. BTW there are enough bloody BoA ATMs here in Phoenix you should have just used one of there's and the whole problem could have been avoided.
