Beware getting a credit card with BBVA Compass. They are nearly impossible to reach on the phone in case there is a problem. After discovering a incorrect late fee of $10 on my card, I tried several times over several months to get them tyo fix it. I spent hours on hold and could never speak to anyone. I am cancelling my card and using a US company. BBVA is TERRIBLE!
