I bought a game from Big Fish Games online. I have bought a couple of other games from this
company in the past. This time I was put into this subscription/membership with monthly fees.
I was not notified, not asked if I wanted to join, just added on. they used my banking information
with out my authorization. I only found it when the monthly charges were added the following month.
You are not able to contact a live person now unless it is for technical troubles since they have made
these new changes. This is a rip-off and illegal, I did not give them permission to use my information, I did
not join any club/membership/subscription.
