 Big fish slots is a scam and a rip off. People are getting double and tripled charged for chips never received or purchased! Their odds are most definatley not casino odds. Millions gone in minutes! Losing streaks for weeks. People are buying chips under there false claims! Big fish also is not crediting.wins, nor are the giving proper amounts on wins. People feel helpless! When you send them the info they require, they call you a liar and are VERY condescending! We have noway tp prove our side, further then the facts we provide. There response is always, its not in our log, we see no issue! Yet we each lose millions, with the intent to buy more. My recent complaint I sent another pic of missed scat credits, 5th in a week! Except this time they told me the scat looked manually typed and fake! How is that even possible, it showed there page and all players! They said they will be investigating, I would love for someone to investigate them. I told them I was appalled they were calling me a scammer, over a 13.5k scat?! They are very rude and blow you off when they want. When they do reply, it starts out nice, but before your emails are over, you will feel like a dirty liar. Friends leave game with 10mil wake up with one mil if they are lucky, sometimes totally wiped out! Waiting weeks for BF to address it, some get some back some get nada. The whole thing is a sham. Bf appears to be faking positive reviews on app store as well, more false claims! You can tell by the repetitive stand out wording, in the only 5 star reviews. Yet bf is in its 11th straight ever increasing profit year! Someone please help look into this! I have sent them multiple emails on this and those emails are ignored or they tell me they will not discuss there odds and my case is closed! I have proof of everything I nave stated and from alot more people like me. But ai cant so it alone. If tou qre tired of being scammed out of your real money or can help please let me know! This has to stop!
