I can buy anything you have in your store with out your company. I visit your store to look and see what you have to sell including the chair for 4000.00 plus and china can sell me the same chair you buy from them, So buy telling me I have limited time to see and try the "CHAIR" I find that offensive.
ALSO on 7 3 08 I told you company of this proplem and 30 days later you want clarity? your a losser'

I would have to agree with Brookstone.
I have no idea what you are trying to say or complain about. I definatly do not see where they are telling a "white" customer not to shop in their store.

If your letter to the company reads as this does I can see why they are unsure what it is you want.
I have purchased from this store for years. The fact that they own the company that makes over 90% of their product means you can't find it someplace else. As for the chairs they own that company as well. I have had it for over a yr and am very happy with it.
Next time try and be more direct in what you are asking and maybe they will answer your question.
