Car Zone sold flood vehicle to military family after putting undercoating to hide it! Dover Delaware

Hi, my husband purchased a dodge ram pick-up from carzone while visiting his parents before going on deployment. The truck was for me, his wife and he brought it home to me in Va. I was so excited.

after he left 3 weeks later for a 6 month deployment I had 2 of my 3 children with me n the truckand whildriving the wheel assembly on the drivers side came off! I have a cdl -a license and instinct and skill helped land the truck on the side of the road without hitting anyone, thank gooodness.

after the po;ice left and the truck was towed to a mechanic , I get a call from usa our insurer, they tell me I need to consider hiring an inspector because the truck was deemed unsafe to drive.

Being alone with tkids and worried for my husband I kept everything, papers ,letters, etc. The rep. from9 coast to coast inspections )said in the report that the vehicle had been in a flood and had recent undercoating put on it. the report also says it is not to be driven .

Now this is in july we got the truck in march!!! I wrote to robert moseder, mgr and owner Ihave his response letter too thatif I could prove it could not be driven he would settl with us. I sent im thereport as well as the correspondence with the attorney generals office in el. b no avail.

when my husband returned from overseas we took tto the commompleas court we couldnafford a lawyer or find one who was not busy and crzone came with 2 attorneys and of course their smooth talking got hem off.

I have proof for everytinghere. I have writthenoprah, and am contacting several newspapers and news channels to fight the seell of flood vehicles, ( carfax is voluntary and if the title hAS been branded or washed it wont show up, it didn't with us ) just be careful guys look deep at the vehicle you want or pay for it in this unjust unfair world .
