The truth is the Whole system is in despair.  Judge Lisa Coogle Jones Rambo is as corrupt as one can be. It's truly sad that this tyrant is able to continue conducting favors in lieu of law and hurting so many for personal gain. The Southwestern Judicial Jurisdiction is plagued with Corrupt Officials. Its disheartning to see such oppression. As crazy as some of these cases sound... the Whole Truth is ... It is in fact the way it sounds. At every turn, a violation, suppressed evidence, lost transcripts, corrupt officials, lost rights, etc... The Whole Truth is Sumter County Judicial Official Lisa Rambo and her patsy agencies, non profits, adoption agents/ court appointed attornies should be investigated, indicted, and imprisoned.

This is an audio/video expose to show how a document is misrepresented by a CASA volunteer and office manager.  These events occurred in Macon County, Georgia.  This discussion is between two parents victimized by CASA, DFCS, and several attorneys, one of whom presents herself as a judge.  CASA representatives, Judge Lisa Coogle Rambo, and a pediatrician (or his office staff) violated the fundamental right to privacy of a child and his parents using a CASA appointment document.  These violations occurred when the CASA misrepresented her appointment letter as if it were a subpoena.  By signing the appointment letter and "authorizing" individuals and organizations to release private/confidential information, Judge Lisa C. Rambo is acquiring information/records in the only way she can--via intimidation.  Lisa utilizes this appointment document to obtain records that she would otherwise have no legal manner in which to obtain.  If consent is not available or not granted from a patient, the Law requires that a subpoena, supported by probable cause, be presented to healthcare providers to acquire protected info.  Given that this fraudulent CASA document is utilized by people with wide discretionary power over children it should be cause for profound concern.  Obviously CASA and the judge in question can claim innocence since the individual/office releasing confidential information is ultimately responsible for protecting that information.  However, the fact that a judge, a court, and individuals allowed such broad discretion in the the decision making process of terminating parental rights utilize such a deceptive document (and actually expose others to civil and legal actions for the improper release of information) is horribly disturbing. The CASA representatives in this case are Stacee Fussell and Estella Lusane.  This audio is a notice to all involved that the improprieties evidenced herein should be immediately addressed and rectified.  Both the Juvenile Court, the Judge, and CASA now have at least the "appearance of evil" and are complicit in inalienable rights violations.  Dodd White (CASA regional program director) Stacee Fussell, Sumter County Sheriff Pete Smith, and others have been alerted to this audio recording.

Did they really do this, or are you a drama queen?  I doubt they would put themselves at such legal risk to pull this off.

Like I said above, IF you're telling the whole truth you can pursue it through the legal system.  Are you telling the WHOLE truth?  Didn't think so.
