Do not do business with this firm. 

Cash for iPhones does not pay what they offer nor do they follow thier own return policy.  I was originally quoted $137 for my iPhone but when they sent me the payout email it was stated I was due $17.  I sent a return email the same day and followed up with a phone call within the retun period.  However my phone was not retuned and after 6 days of attempts to reach someone who could actually return my device, I was told my phone had already been processed and could not be returned.  When I told them I had replied within the policy period I was put on hold and another person came on the line and said they would pay me an addtional $16.  After informing them this was not acceptable and requesting my phone back.  They were disrespectful toward me and I informed them if they could not return my device I intended to file suit.  They then hung up on me.
