Cellforcash.com RMS Communications Group Inc., Never received payment - multiple complaints - no response from Mr. Michael Mosieur, President Ocala, Florida

I sent my Blackberry Bold to cellforcash.com back in July. They updated their website to confirm receipt and even verified the phone on August 4th, 2010.  On August 11th, I sent an email to customer service asking for a status on the check since the website still listed no check date.

I received a quick response from customer service on August 12th referring me back to their User Agreement saying that it states checks will be processed 45 days from the date the phones are verified.

On September 28th, I again contacted customer service since the website had not been updated, nor have I received a check.  Two days later I received a response that my request was forwarded to their accounting department and that I would receive an email when the check is processed.

October 8th I sent another message demanding payment. I also found this message board and read a message from Mr. Michael Mosieur, President stating that if people would email him, he would ensure all problems were handled.

I immediately emailed Mr. Michael Mosieur, President at mhmosieur@yahoo.com. That email was sent on October 8th as well and I have yet to receive a response or check. I sent them another email today, so far no response.

I wish I had researched this company prior to sending them my phone, but I didn't. Please do not do business with this company, they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and if you are seeing this message, you probably saw a lot of others with the same problem.

I am willing to join a class action lawsuit if anyone is starting one and I am seriously considering a small claims suit since I live in Florida anyway.
