RMS Communications, Inc. CellForCash.com Non-payment for and theft of two iPhones Ocala, Florida

Sent 2 iPhones to CellForCash.com back in August of 2010. They received and verified my phones on August 5th, 2010 and sent me a statement that they would be sending me $177.00 for the 2 phones.

Their website terms indicate payment will take 45 days.It is now February of 2011 and I still have not received payment.

After multiple attempts to contact the company, the only response I received was this email:

"Thank you for your continued contact. I am still aware your transaction has not been issued a payment and I follow up with the accounting department regularly trying to get this issue resolved. I do not have any new status information to report at this time.Thank You,Customer Servicecustomer-service@cellforcash.com www.CellForCash.com "

And I only received that e-mail after threatening to have my attorney contact them.

They won't even return the phones I've sent them.

They are thieves that will steal your phone and not send you a dime for it. Do not do business with them.

My next course of action is going to be getting a class action lawsuit started against this company.
