CellForCash.com Mike Mosieur CellForCash.com is a Scam! Ocala, Florida

CellForCash.com is a scam.  About two years ago, I sent in a phone to "recycle" and actually received money back from is company.  This was good.  It seemed as though it was legitimate.

So, I decided to send in another phone.  I sent in this phone on October 29, 2010.  They received the phone on November 1, 2010 and Verified the phone on November 3, 2010.  So far, all well and good.

Approximately a month later, I began wondering where the check was, so I checked the status and emailed customer service.  The response I received was, "As our User Agreement states, a check will be processed 45 days from the date the phones are verified.  You will be sent an email notification once the check is mailed."  Okay, so maybe I checked a little early, but the check is for $114 and I needed it at the time. 

I waited for the rest of the 45 days to pass, then emailed again, this time February 3, 2011.  I asked, when the check would be sent out.  I received a response 19 days later that stated, "Thank you for your email.  Your transaction has been forwarded to our accounting team along with your email showing your concern.  An email notification will be sent when the payment is issued.  Please contact Customer Service if you need further assistance. 

I have since emailed several times in regards to this transaction to no avail.  I have never received a response beyond February 22, 2011.  It is now September.  It's been long enough.  So, low and behold I began a search in regards to this company and see that several other people have experienced the same thing with them.  Something needs to be done. 

I have emailed all email addresses for this company, which appear to be: customer-service@cellforcash.com, cellforcash.support@gmail.com, media@cellforcash.com and partners@cellforcash.com. 

I believe that this company is now either out of business or was a scam to begin with.
