Looks like I am the latest in a long line of people to be misled by Cellforcash.com (RMS Communications).
I shipped them 3 Iphones in November of 2010. They verified receipt of the phones on 1/6/11 under order #398845 and verified that payment of $344.00 would be issued on 1/12/11. No check was ever issued (per their site) and none of my emails have been responded to.
I have tried all of the following emails:

jhagans@rmscomm.com (rejected)
I saw that many of the reports on this site elicited a response from the "former" president of RMS Communications Mike Mosieur and it seemed to facilitate a resolution for some, but now I see that Mr. Mosieur is claiming that he is either "just an employee, not president" or has no affiliation with RMS at all.
I have filed a complaint with the Florida BBB (they have over 458 against this company already) and am considering filing a police report. I just want to get paid the money owed to me.
