The physical office of Certified is closed and no legal process can be served at that I-45 address in the Woodlands or at the UPS mail drop address they have (the bogus Suite 180288). Here is the Texas Secretary of State legal contact information for the registered agent. Legal action can be served on him for Certified as the Registered Agent. Don't take the law into you own hands, take them to Court!
