Collections, Etc. POOR SERVICE, RIDICULOUS SHIPPING! Illinois

First time customer.  LAST TIME CUSTOMER. I should have done my due diligence and peeked at the company's reviews before I ordered; I know now the number of negative reviews is staggering!

I was reluctant to pay the shipping fee of $7.95 (but I did) and didn't even see the handling fee of $2.95 until I reviewed the confirmation email; which, by the way, took several days to receive.

I would expect that with combined shipping and handling charges of almost $11 on a $21 order that the item would be shipped immediately and received within two days. Not with this company.

Ten days to ship from Illinois to Wisconsin! Ridiculous! It is approximately a five-hour drive from the Illinois warehouse to my home in Wisconsin. Back in the dark ages the old Montgomery Ward catalog had a quicker turn around!

DO NOT ORDER HOLIDAY OR GIFT ITEMS IF YOU HAVE A TIGHT TIME FRAME!

There is no reason for this type of delay particularly when I used PayPal thus the payment is available immediately and there is no need to wait to verify the account or the funds.

I cannot see how this company can survive with such slow customer service in today's market.

Further investigation on my part has shown that many of the items are available on Amazon and similar sites with two-day delivery, NO shipping costs and certainly NO handling fee!
