l made a purchase from collectionsetc. and l used a cupon with free shipping that they sent me via e-mail. The e-mail confirmation that they sent me did not contained the amount they charged the credit card. When l received the package l found an itemized bill plus the charges for S&H $16.24. l called collectionsetc customer service and questioned about extra charges and their answered was that l purchased items on sale and the s&h did not qualify for free. WOW.
Also, they do not have full description of their selling products, intentionally undisclosed or misplaced information. In other words their stuff look like a cheap dollar store not COLLECTIONS!!! Never buy again from them.
