CREDIT ONE CLOSED MY BANK CARD ACCOUT AFTER i MADE A $25.00 PAYMENT . ALSO LOCK OUT MY ONLINE ACSSESS . They out source their custormer sevice from outside of the USA too . Faceing collections now .. Not very good customer sevice .

Based on the events, can we say that you were not exactly current on your payments?

Credit cards do not turn you over to collections if you aren't delinquent and there are several other ways to pay than just online.

 Why not tell it like it is? The $180 bill was because YOU failed to pay monthly bills when due therefore, the past due amount gets rolled over into the next bill.
