I was ripped off by this place.  I bought a 4glte phone and was told they had good 4glte coverage.  I couldn't even play a youtube video on the so called 4glte coverage that cricket has supposedly.  I tried and tried to get emails to work and it wouldn't go through.  I took it to the store and dave the scammer salesman couldn't get it to work.  I than told him I want my money back.  This is the same day I bought it and I was returning everything.  I had to wait an hour while he took care of ONE customer in front of me.  He was purposely making me wait and wait.  I am disabled and cannot stand that long.  This guy was showing the customer all about their phone and teaching them how to use it while I had to stand there.  It was absolutely rediculous.  Than Dave the scammer salesman informs me that they will not refund my activation fee and not refund my service fee of 50.00 and oh there is a restocking fee of 35.00   I told him I want all my money back and I am returning this within two hours of buying it.  He wouldn't give me my money back.  I told him to call the owner who was there and present while I was there and just left.  The owner is on the phone giving a bunch of BS and wouldn't refund my money.  Than Dave the scammer says just use the wifi.  I am not paying for wifi I am paying for 4glte service to work on my 4glte phone.  I then left the store after being told to just give it a few days.  This place is a scam.  I am contacting the states attorneys office tomorrow about them doing this.  And DAve the scammer shows me some sign they have in fine print that states all this.  I have never in my life seen such scammers.  The owner is a scammer and I am warning everyone to not trust this place.  They need to be shut down for their underhanded business practices.  The service that I was promised does not work.  I went home and put it on my wifi and everything worked the way it should.  I put it back on cricket wireless service and it doesn't work.  I called cricket customer service and they had me on hold for 45 minutes and never answered the phone.  Dave the scammer says oh yeah well they are busy.  I am like yeah busy with all the customers they rip off daily.  I should have known better then to trust a place that is dingy and dirty inside.  I was trying to save money and now end up having to get the phone unlocked and get a service that works.

You don't even make sense.  You tell me to go buy an antenna to try and get the service to work.  It doesn't say on the sign you have to buy an antenna or a "signal booster" to get the service to work.  The front of the store has a sign that they have more coverage than other services out there.  Well, that is false advertisement.  And you being the genius you are never mentioned that in your rebuttal.  You are obviously a cricket employee or maybe you are a jacka** which sounds more accurate.  First of all, you are not even part of the situation you twit.  And you want to tell me how I should move on after being ripped off.  If a service doesn't work properly they should refund your money in full.  Especially if you are returning everything the same day you bought it.  And you telling me good luck with unlocking the device.  Shows how much an idiot like you knows cuz I have already done it and rooted it too idiot.  Get a life and stop trolling this site.  You are obviously a miserable individual who goes around with your big mouth not making any sense.  Get a life.  And if you are a cricket employee get a life and get a decent job.  Cricket employees are uneducated and need to go to school and get an honest job and stop ripping people off.  Cricket service works intermittently is what the advertisement says.  Oh my service works decent at 3am in the morning.  It just doesn't work properly during the day when I planned on using it.  But, now I am moving on from cricket and going with another service with my unlocked motog 4glte from Cricket that you said I wouldn't be able to do.  IDIOT!!!

So since you had an hour to kill, THEN you read the fine print?? One would think that YOU as an adult would read ANY fine print. There was a sign, YOU did not read it. Not a scam when you do it to yourself. And as for unlocking the phone....GOOD LUCK!!!! Only the carriers can and will unlock a phone. If cricket doesn't unlock it then YOU are stuck with it. YOU were NOT scammed by that business. THEY had a sign that YOU chose NOT to read. Please be a bit more adult about this situation. You sound like a teenaged little girl WHINING that life is SO unfair. YOU are an adult and YOU need to accept YOUR part in all of this instead of trying to place the blame on them. Its YOUR inability to understand WHAT you are getting yourself into that has caused this. YOU were with Boost previously so you KNOW that all prepaid airtime is NON REFUNDABLE!!!! Its on EVERY receipt you ever received for all those years. Let me guess, YOU didn't read that fine print either. The activation fee is to ACTIVATE the phone on their service, non refundable. The airtime of $50 is for the PREPAID PHONE you purchased, also NON REFUNDABLE. The $35 restocking fee is to keep situations like this from happening. Odds are that you DID read all of this in the store while YOU were waiting for the device to be activated. Given the self entitled tone of your post, YOU THINK the return policy DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU!!! So YOU go online thinking that Cricket is going to bend the rules JUST for YOU because YOU put up a post WHINING about them. Sorry but you are about a decade too late for that tactic to work. Get over it, move past it. The fix for your situation is a $5 antenna from Frys. Just put in "Cellphone Booster" in the search field and its like the first or second item displayed. This will fix your antenna issue while still allowing you to save money. And MAYBE in the future YOU WILL READ???
