I'm grandfathered into the cricket group plan which gives me a $100 discount each month but now they tell me that if i make any changes to my plan, which were allowed before that I will lose my discount and only be able to save $70 dollars. I never received any notification of this. I feel like this is a bad business practice from a huge public corporation ATT which owns Cricket. Please beware of Cricket wireless and ATT if you are thinking about there services and there ability to change their plans without any notification to its customers. While this maybe allowed in their small print it seems to me to be just one more way for the big corporation to take advantage of its smaller powerless customers.
