Cricket Wireless Rebate/ I had two due back to me. One for 100.00 and one for $50.00 and they either lost my papers they state they never recieved or lost part of them but either way they are refusing my rebates after Internet/Fort Collins, Colorado

To whom this may concern,

    The date today is November 19th, 2009. Aprrox 2 months ago I had sent in a rebate on a phone I had bought my husband and that rebate was to be for $50.00 but did not hear from anyone re: the rebate. So while I was in the Cricket store in Fort Collins Co. 80521, I bought a new phone for myself, as I was due a new phone because I had my phone for over 1 1/2 years,and at that time had asked them about my rebate . They knew nothjing of it but gave me my rebate form for my new phone which was for $100.00and a rebate form for my husbands phone and told me to explain the circumstances to them , that I had not received my rebate and also told me to send mine in . I did that and I got an E-mail stating I would be receiving my rebates soon. Instead I got two letters stating I did not send in some papers but I did send in everything they had asked for. I am very angey because I have three , not just two, but three phones through them that I pay for religiously every month. And NOWE I am not getting the rebates because they have all of the paperwork as they asked me to send that to them . I still have my boxes and proof they came from them and I want my rebates back.
