Cricket Now bought and owned by AT&T Sales clerk duped me into buying a soon to be obsolete phone. Colorado Springs Colorado

         On March 10 I went to my local Cricket store, which I have been a consistent customer for a total of 5 years, to replace the phone I left at the E.R and then it was stolen. Well I was excited to get a 4G ZTE for 100$, normally 200$, ; however the the clerk said, the 4G would not get activated untill the store was taken over by new owners, AT&T, and that I would have to wait untill then. He said, it would be any day or up to 6 months, but then my 4G would be activated. Well he failed to tell me that i would have to first switch to the new Cricket and then but another new phone and that the 4G would only work in certain areas such as Denver, or the zoo, or certain Parks. I asked for refund on the phone, especially since it is now running like it is over a year old.. They told me they were not obligated to me because I was on a month to month contract. Needless to say,  I switched over to T Mobile through Walmart's family plan.  I am not happy and they lost my business forever and my good word of mouth is no longer an option, I will always speak badly about this experience and warn any and all who want switch to such a back handed lowly coorperation. Period.
