They sell damaged and broken phones. Ordered a phone for mother for Xmas and received a motorola razer in which the camera is broken and it will not charge at all. Basically it is a paperweight at best. Company will not respond to emails and leaves no means to contact or get a refund of any kind even though they say a full refund within 14 days.

BEWARE THEIR PRODUCTS A GARBAGE AT BEST!

their refund policy is garbage just as their products are. See other comments here and elsewhere to see similiar problems.
