Diamond Enterprises ripped us off too. About 3 years ago we had a house for sale and we couldn't keep up with payments. Long story short these people promised to move us out, take care of the payments and give us a small amount once the house was sold "in a matter of just 2 months or so" it's been more than 3 years and the house is still not sold. they have refinanced the loan WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE, PERMISSION OR SIGNATURES. I assume they have been forging our signature because the current mortgage company (the 3rd one) tells me there is a power of attorney signed giving them permission to do anything with the house or the loan. the last POA we signed was in 2006 and it is EXPIRED.  the last payment they made in our mortgage was about a year ago. I found out through the MLS that the house was NEVER listed for sale. They never paid insurance so the mortgage tacked it on to our loan. Now we find out there are people living in our house UNAUTHORIZED, we don't know who is living in our home that they are NOT paying for. Our credit is ruined and we have to now declare bankruptcy.
