I also requested the DVD. I got it .. then was pestered to receive magazines. When I lost my job they put me on "reduced" payments. When I was re-employed, they wanted me to get MORE mags. ... they stopped carrying the ones i first signed up for .. I told them I didn't want the selections ("free") ones they were sending ( cheri - barely legal ) they wanted $1.50 per selection to switch to a different publication. I never asked for those selections.

they also " post" payments to my account but they don't have payments taken from my checking account for 10+ days ... the past month because of the " lag " they have caused my account to bounce ( credit line w/ my bank - auto debit )

and tell me it is the BANKS fault. the time from the payment was put in the mail till the date they "receive" is 14+ days ... NC to Ca takes 14 days? get real.
they dont send the statements out on time ( statements dates 1-10-09 mail stamp shows 1-21-09) how come it takes 11 days from the time they print statements till the time it leaves thier mailroom? this has also inccured "late fees"

they call and dont leave voicemail messages ( as my anwser machine requests ) then in thier snailmail letters ... we have tried to contact you but you dont return our calls ( the only reason i know they called is due to caller ID)
this company is CRAP!!!!
I guess this is another company our taxe payers will be required to "bail out" when they "go broke"
