Diamond Enterprises 2015 and the scam continues!!!! Stockton California

So after gaining access to my 72 year ol. Father's bank account, I see these charges from Diamond Enterprises. 150. This month, 200, the next month. I confronted him about this and he explained what the charges were from and tried to justify the goods he was getting. Obviously I was alarmed at the amounts and convinced him that he was getting scammed, and needed help. So after coming to the rip off report and reading endless stories about this company from 10 years ago to present, I'm shocked that they are still getting away with this crap. I had him get a new debit card, and credit card. I'm anxiously awaiting the collections notice in the mail. Does anyone have any advice of how to make these people stop without spending money on a lawyer? I'm not the greatest actor and don't know my way around the legal system. Are they're collections even legitimate or just a scare tactic? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
